the lobby appear modern. the superior double room i booked included a work desk. the reception team exist helpful. the food at the restaurant was good too. the power shower was a good touch. i found some restaurants near.

the music from the club on ground floor was audible. that was distracting.

I found the staff helpful. Ravi, in particular, provided really good support near the swimming area. sanjay from housekeeping performed very thorough work, the room remained clean throughout my stay. i also appreciated the quick and polite service i received when requesting additional amenities for the room..

The hotel pictures were misleading. The images featured looked to represent a different hotel, which led to some initial disappointment. this discrepancy should be addressed to ensure guest expectations are accurately managed prior to arrival.

The staff was very friendly. Ravi was the best. He helped anytime I needed it. The swimming pool was neat and clean. I really appreciated the good support he provided there.

When I checked in, I was very disappointed with the room. It seemed very outdated. The TV was small. There was also an odour in the room and a stain on the chair.
